Located on a newly developed peninsula in the Middle East, Seaview is a landmark private estate conceived to embrace its breathtaking coastal surroundings while delivering absolute privacy. The design challenge lay in reconciling the estate’s enviable position beside vast, open waters with the client’s wish for seclusion from neighbouring villas set in close proximity.

The design concept is anchored by a grand private entrance, defined by a circular canopy that invites natural light while discreetly shielding the estate from external view, ensuring privacy for residents and guests alike. Beyond, a double‑height atrium opens to uninterrupted ocean views, establishing an enduring connection between architectural form and coastal living.
